Xylo is the official musical app for the xylophone, the classic instrument that used to be popular until the 1980s when digital music players and a greater variety of instruments made it hard to find an audience. The sounds of a real xylophone are still present in this app.
The Xylo app can be used in different ways.

This app makes it easy to play music on your device, but it’s mainly used as a learning tool for adults or kids with an interest in learning more about this instrument.
In addition to playing a melody, the Xylo app lets you select sounds from recordings of a real xylophone, like “Waltz for Violin,” “Piano Trio,” “Dancing with the Stars” and many others.
In addition, the app can be used as a teaching tool, with a special Solfege mode that lets you play a melody using Solfege, the names of the notes, with the xylophone being replaced with the letters of the notes.
There’s also a xylophone chromatic scale.
